Custome field (Indicator type or Check box) shows incorrectl on reports.

Hello Experts,

I have a below query and kindly request you to please help me on this.

We have a custom field i.e. Check box or Indicator on opportunity header screen. We are fetching that field on reports.

The problem is that when that custom file is checked off  it shows as X on report but when its not checked its shows as # on the report. But we have standard fields i.e. Publish to forecast that is also an indicator or check box but it show Yes if checked and No if not checked.

So my question is that is it standard SAP behaviour that any custom field i.e. Indicator/check box field will be showing as X or # as compared to standard field which shows Yes or No.
