Hey experts,
I'd like to know if it's possible to create our own filters in e-mail integration settings. I know there are some simple customizations available in sync settings [E-mail Integration > User Settings > Sync Settings > Detailed Settings > Customize] but object based built-in synchronization filters are very limited.
To be more specific:
I want to create a synchronization filter for appointments where I only sync appointments for a specific category or appointments with high priority.
Integration is Server-Side

Hello Kemal,
In the current version of the server-side integration, user defined filters are really not supported.
The recommendation would be to raise an idea for that, but since you already did, you have to wait now as development will evaluate the demand for this and may implement in a future release of the server-side integration.

Hello,
I had the same need for setting up a filter on the visit synchronisation to prevent too many old transactions entering in the SAP Sales Cloud application. Although there is no clear documentation on it you can try to do the following.
You enter into the adaption mode and you navigate to the object you would like to set up a "built in filter" for. In my case visits. In the adaptation mode as a administrator i have set up a query on "my visits" in combination "creation date - current year" and i saved it with a obvious name.
When you then navigate to your ssi profile and the sync settings, the query appears in the User-defined filters

Dear Diego,
I just came about this thread since we have the same problem and my understanding is also now that it is not possible in the standard.
But I'm wondering that this improvement request exists which says that this functionality was delivered in the 1811 release already?

To me it seems as it is exactly the same topic. So is there any possibility to do this or to which functionality are they referring to as delivered?
Many Thanks,
Kristina
