custom report not showing in workcentre C4C

I created a customized report for customer account master in business analytics-design reports of C4C and assigned to work center but it is not showing in the assigned work center and business role also assigned to it.

Can anyone check the attached snap and help me to show my report in work center.

Please let me know if any steps need to be performed.

Hi friend,

Please use t-code SAP1 to view all available reports in SAP.

or

by T.code SE16 Check TSTC table (Z* or Y* >F4) for customized reports you just click your Table name.

Hi,

Workcenter assignment is used for Authorization determination and has no impact on where the report will be shown. This means though you have assigned the report to the correct role and work center but still, it would appear in Analysis-->Reports work center to those users who have "Accounts" WCView (or role) assigned to them.

thanks for the response and it worked in analysis-reports after assigning role to business user but i need to show my report under sales-opportunities is it possible or not.

I need to add it as 3rd one in the attached snap marked drop down list or i need to add one more column in my open opportunities list.

Please provide your comments on this is it possible to add one more column in open opportunity list while opportunity creation or we can bring the customized report in the drop down list.

Hello,

It is currently not possible to show a report within the Opportunity OWL with the standard or custom queries. Also, the report cannot be shown as a new work center on the "Sales" view. You may need to open a customer influence idea for the same and based on the number of votes your idea will be evaluated: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1567.

For time being, either you can use an embedded report or use the one available from "Reports" work center OR use the standard OWL with new column.

there is no way to assign a report view in the opportunity OWL queries. You can check https://enable.cx.sap.com/media/1_ed3s68na?ts=107 to know what is embeeded report and how to use it.

opportunity-list-c4c.jpg Thanks for your answer we have one issue in attached snap shot list expected value column is showing before but now it was not showing i need to know where it went it is not available in start personalization also can you please help me out on this to enable expected value again.

I hope this is standard view named my opportunities how to bring expected value column back in this.

Hello,

Field "Expected Value" is part of standard OWL/List view. It could be hidden via master layout adaption(aka KUT) by someone else in your project. Hence please try to revert back this change by deleting the relevant CT OR just add back the field via master layout adaption
