Custom Recommendations in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello experts,

I have a problem creating an custom recommendation in the SAP Marketing Cloud.

The case is the following: The scenario is 'Most viewed items on the web home page'. The items whiche where shown should all be reduced. I created the custom field 'Sales Price' in advance. How can I konfigure that the scenario only showes reduced items?

Hello Christiane,

I understand that if a product has a "Sales Price <> 0.0", it is considered as a "reduced item", right? If this is a the case, you can add a Pre-Filter for "SAP Marketing Product" with condition of Sales Price <> 0.0 in your "Most Viewed" algorithm so that the algorithm will only work on the products with a sales price.
