Custom Recipient is not available in Workflow Rule

Hi All,

I have Created Enhancement to add recipient for "Sales Order" in workflow rule. But i couldn't find "Custom Recipient " section in workflow rule. Please Help.

Hello,

"Custom Recipient" section will appear in Step 3 of the workflow rule. It will be visible ONLY when you choose action as "Email".

Thank you Saurabh, Is there any option to add recipient (wants to include customer main contact) in "SMS" Action.

Unfortunately, for SMS only standard determination works. Custom Determination block is only applicable for Email channel.
