we are currently facing the following problem: If a contact creates a new account at an external service, his information will be send to our CRM system and replicated into SAP Marketing on premise. There we've created a custom campaign action to be able to send messages to the external service. For the execution we use the ID of the account of the external service to identify the contacts. Now we would like to create interactions for this custom campaign action using a custom origin id and the ID of the account as ID value. Because the data is replicated into the system and not involved into the merging process for interaction contacts, we somehow need to add this custom facet to the interaction contacts afterwards.
Is this somehow possible?
