Custom message is not determining in the Message Handling for CRMD_ORDERS

Hi Experts,

For some return orders, there is a custom message ID "ZPRICE" is determining in the "CRM_MESSAGES_SEARCH" and adding into ET_MSG_INFO.

The Message ID "ZPRICE" is populating in the function module "CRM_ORDER_MESSAGES_READ_CB" under the field iv_msgid.

But the same custom message ID is not populating in the function module and leads issue as it got failed to throw in the Message log after order got created with pricing error.

For example:

Surplus returns = ZPRICE message ID is determining correctly

Buyback Return = ZPRICE message ID is not determining.

How to add ZPRICE message for Buyback returns and is there any further steps to populate the errors in the CRMD_ORDER message log as well ?

I mentioned CRMD_ORDER and not webUI.

I am closing this, as I found a custom Badi is used and populating only for Surplus return orders.
