Custom Key Figure Issue in C4C

Hello Experts,

I have created a key calculated Key figure. I forgot to use the Exception aggregation. When i tried to edit the key figure, it shows blank value(from the first screen). Does anyone face this issue in C4C?

In mobile browser, i am able to edit the same key figure without any issues. Only in Laptop i am facing this issue. Any workaround for this?

Hello Bharat,

This is currently a known issue which should be fixed with a software correction as soon as your system upgrade to the new release.

Hi Bharath,
You have to select the customer created key figure filter and click on edit. It will surely work.

I found the above workaround however i also raised the incident and SAP support did the hotfix.

Hi Bharath, Did you fixed this issue. It might be a browser issue. Did you try to edit in different browsers?

Hi Bharathraj,

can you try by clearing cache and cookies? Manytimes, I've also faced the same issue but clearing this resolved it.

Thanks a lot for the response.
I tried after clearing the Cookies and History, but it is not working.

SAP Confirms, it is a bug and will be resolved in 2002 release. Also, they provided the workaround,
1. Choose the Customer created key figure filter, then search for the Key figure.
2. Edit the Key figure, it will work.

I guess you are using the workaround. Can you confirm?

Workaround:
1. Choose the "Customer created key figure" filter instead of "All" filter----> search for the Key figure using search icon.

2. Edit the Key figure, it Shows data for me.
