Hi All,
In SAP CRM we have created a new function module to update customer and membership (Loyalty process) and it is used in production. We modified the FM to fix a bug. The code change is working as per the requirement in non production but when we deploy in production the new changes are not getting triggered.
We are triggering this FM from external system (client website) via SAP DS, When we get the request we enabled the trace and on analysis the new code is not getting triggered and it looks like the old version is still active.
Need help in understanding the behavior. As this is happening in production we are not sure how to proceed.
Request clarification before answering.
