we have a problem, We have created osme custom fields in Customr business object via PDI; and we added them to Datasource (Account-Master)
The problem is that, in BW custom fields have no value and they are empty! the field are exist but there is no value. in Datasource I checked for a specific customer, and there is a value for custom fields but in BW custom fields are empty.
Another strange thing is that, we do not have athis problem in develpoment system, but just in Test tenant! all the configurations are the same.
Can anyone suggest me why it happened
