Custom Fields not visible in Segmentation

Hi All,

we have created several custom fields under context "MKT_INTERACTION_CONTACT".

We have created the following segmentation profile by using the segmentation object "SAP_CE_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT":

Afterwards we have assigned the custom fields to the segmentation object to make them visible for the segmentation:

Anyway when opening the segmentation profile these custom fields are not visible within segmentation.

Hi Olivier,

In your third screenshot of the assignment of custom fields for segmentation:

I see you made the assignment to:

Segmentation Object: Alle Kontakte

Segmentation Profile: Alle Kontakte

But above you've shown that your Segmentation Profile is a Z profile, "Alle Kontakte xxxx".

You should make sure that the assignment of your custom fields is to your correct Z segmentation profile.

Hi,

There could be 2 reasons about this:

1. Check if app "Segmentation and Campaign Configuration" contains a new data source (named _SAP_CF_SAP_CE_* ) assigned to Segmentation Object.

2. if yes, then check if "Key Field Mapping" is correctly maintained for the assigned data source.

thank you for your reply. There does not exist any datasource with ID _SAP_CF_SAP_CE_*. Could you check again please?
