Custom Fields(Marketing-Interaction business context) not available in Score Builder

Hi,

We have many custom fields created under Marketing-Interaction business context. But these are not visible in score builder as attribute. Is there way we can get this if deprecated. These are essential to determine lead scores for my Org.

Fields from "Marketing-Interaction" con text are not supported for score builder attributes as listed here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/13d84c47bb6749a188fd53915c256516/1911.500/en-US/e465dd30cb3342f091fd14a2...

You can only user custom attributes from following context:

• Marketing: Corporate Account
• Marketing: Contact and Corporate Account
• Marketing: Contact

Hi Saurabh,

I'm facing the same problem as Bhaskar, but in the contexts you mentioned.

I created a custom field and tried to use it in a new score but it doesn't show up.

I tried both

• Marketing: Contact and Corporate Account
• Marketing: Contact

I guessed that the DB just needs some time to update and waited a few hours before trying again, but it didn't help.

Hi Maximilian,

I just cross checked in our system and I can confirm atleast for context "Marketing: Contact and Corporate Account" we can see the extension field in "Score Builder". It will be available as technical name of your fields with "YY1_" string.

FYI. I am also attaching a list of all the options enabled in configuration for custom field.
