Hello Experts,
I want to assign a condition to make footer visible based on the custom field created for Accounts. The field is available in segmentation profile All Accounts. But when i add the personalization profile as All Accounts and try to add the condition on email template, the custom field is not visible, do i need to do any specific settings?
Any assistance.

Hi Mayank,
do you find it in the personalization attributes when you use a Text Block and insert an attribute?

Click on the Settings icon on the left side and see if you can find your field. If so, click the checkbox and save the settings by clicking on the settings icon again.
You have to enable it here to see it also in the Conditions.
Hope that helps.

Dear schneidert ,
do you know if only custom fields with field type "codelist" are working within the e-mail-personalization? We´ve created different fields with different types (website-URL, text, boolean or codelist) and only the Z-Fields with type codelist are available in your above described settings for personalization attributes.
Thanks and greetings,
Lukas
Hi,
All the fields, irrespective of their type URL/Codelist/Text, will be visible in Email personalisation PROVIDED you have enabled the usage of those custom fields in the associated segmentation model.(Assigned in Content --> Settings -->Personalization)
Once you enable them then you can just follow what Tobias has mentioend above.
Hi lukaswissing1,
I agree with Saurabh and can also see fields of other types (e.g. Text) which I can select.

Good morning saurabh.kabra ,
good morning schneidert ,
it works, thank you very much for your answers. The trick is to first choose the segmentation profile in e-mail settings, before all the related fieds become visible in attribute list.
Kind regards,
Lukas
