Dear all,
I'm using the External Coupon Integration flow:
When replicating the Coupon to the external system, a message is sent out with info on the Coupon, and info on the Assigned Offer.
I have a Custom Field on the Offer Header which is visible on my Offer Page. The custom field is enabled for all possible applications and API's.
However, it doesn't show up in this message within the AssignedOffer info when replicating the coupon.
Is there anything that I'm still missing why this field doesn't show up in the payload?

Hi Joyca,
Currently, offer extensibility is not supported in the coupon replication. If you would like, you can request this functionality through the Customer Influence Tool.
