Custom field in Scores - Onpremise 1709 SP01

Dear experts,

I am on SAP Marketing Onpremise 1709 SP01 and am not able to use my custom fields as new attributes on the Score configuration.

I have enabled the custom field for score attributes but it does not show on the list as an attribute. Am I missing any steps in the confuguration?

found this similar question but apparently an incident at SAP was needed.

Has anyone on OP version gone through this and has the solution?

Are you using the correct preview type firstly - SAP_KF_PRED_HISTOGRAM?

I'm afraid I did not understand your point. Are you talking about the preview type in segmentation?

My problem is that I cannot configure a score using custom fields as an attribute. They do not appear on the attribute list in the Rule Set on the Score Builder configuration app.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

There is a job which runs everyday and syncs the fields from HANA views to score/sedimentation.Jobs Name I cannt remember exactly but some thing like *gseg*ds*sync* .

Since thsi rhread was created 3-4 days back so i believe field should be visible now. So can you please check if field is available now?
