Custom Field does not appear on campaign

Hello together,

I have created a new field on level of campaigns.

I activated aon "UI and Reports" all relevant Usages.

The problem is, I would like to maintain values for this field directly on the campaign. Would that be possible? The field does not appear nowhere on the campaign.

I tried using the ADAPT UI tool, but getting an error. Do I need to raise this with SAP?

Hi Mayank,

Check the Browser Developer tool and help document. Ideally one role should be assigned in order to be able to adapt UI. if that is assigned and still you face the issue i would suggest to clean the browser cache and cache.

if issue still persists then raise this to SAP.

Hi,

I am able to use adapt ui on contact profile app. but not here. I will raise to SAP.

Hi Oliver,

There should be a settings icon(spanner/wrench icon) either at Campaign List level or at Campaign Header level under Automation tab. You can select and make the fields visible from there.
