Custom field attribute: In form only code list available, no descriptions

I attempted to create a form which will enable the user to choose between different options in a drop down menu. So far everything went fine, except that the drop down menu only shows the codes and not the descriptions.

The parameter "Label for Attribute Value" in the corresponding attribute is set to "Description" though.

Does anyone know what the probem might be?

Hi Filip,

The possible cause can be Translations being not maintained for the FORM language .
Can you check if you have maintained the translations for the language in which you are creating the form ?
