Custom content and templates in Web channel

Dear SAP experts,

In the Emarsys customer engagement platform I would like to manage custom content within Web Channel. Also, I would like to have a template.

Could you pls help me how to do that?

Hi,

• Regarding custom content:
  
  You can either customize one of the existing layouts using the styling options of the VCE editor (change images, text, choose from the font selection, adapt width, add links,..) or work with a Raw HTML campaign ("Blank overlay, ribbon or embedded campaign").
  
  It's recommended to use this option if you are familiar with HTML and CSS. We do offer some "blueprint" campaigns as well, where you can edit the source code.
  
• Regarding templates:
  
  If you require something special or have a certain idea of how your campaigns must look like you can purchase a custom template or raw HTML/"blueprint" campaign that will be delivered as a tile among the default layouts.
  
  Please mind that this is currently in the piloting stage but we're happy to receive your request!
