Custom Activity not visible in Finetune SAP c4c

Hello,

I have created bcc,bac,bco,bcview .

I have deployed the business configuration at solution level.

Assign bc view to the implementation work center .

scoping question enabled.

but i not seeing my custom activity list as shown below.

may i know what is the root cause for it.

HI,

Please change the OWL Query to "All Activities" and then search for the custom BCO you created. if you find that then add to the project and then only it will be visible under "Activities in Project".

If this doesnot work then please reach out to SAP.
