CUAN_SETUP_PRI task list

We are missing some standard recommendation related content in our system. We tried to execute task list CUAN_SETUP_PRI and didn't help.

We noticed that system is skipping all "activate" and "generate" tasks. What could be reason for that? We want to get CEI_PRECO_BC_BASE installed.

What is the version 1909 or 1809?
