Hello together,

We are on yM Cloud (1805).

We have seen that there exists the field Quantifier for Interests:

Does anybody know which kind of values we can use here?

Hi Oliver,

See this question:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/242702/how-activity-score-actually-is-calculated.html

The quantifier field isn't used anymore.

Hello Joyca,

do you know if the fields InteractionIntrstWeightingFctr, and InteractionIntrstSentimentVal from the API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV-API in the InteractionInterest Entity are also deprecated? And if not, what are the values for these fields?

I really appreciate any help.

Dominic

Hi,

I haven't used these fields on the new API yet...

But the InteractionIntrstSentimentVal will probably correspond with "Valuation" on the CUAN_IMPORT_SRV API. That one allows a value from 1 to 5 that indicates the sentiment, 1 is double negative, 2 is single negative, 3 is neutral, 4 is single positive and 5 is double positive (the -- or ++ icons appear on your interaction on the Contact profile).

Usually though this field is used by Sentiment Engagement based on text analysis, and not used manually.

The WeightingFctr is probably the corresponding field for the Quantifier field...

But if this field was still made available in the new API, I'm starting to doubt wether it's now again used for some purpose or not... I haven't seen any updates or info about this field since the post I mentioned above, so I'd appreciate if someone from SAP could confirm if this field is still used or not!

Hi,

I asked about it on the other topic that I refered to, and this was the reply:

Rolf Schumann

Hi Joyca,

Currently we do not use the Quantifier/WeightingFactor in pre-delivered Scores. This is still right. But it might become useful in future to make interests bigger in the word cloud in cases where the consumer has bought a product and not just viewed it. A Score may also use this field in future SPs in the Score Builder.

Best regards,

Rolf
