Hi,
We are trying to integrate our SAP C4C tenant with our own telephony integration. By consulting the available guides, we have configured the details in the "Live Activity Configuration" in the "Communical Channels" under the Administrator settings; but the widget that is supposed to appear on the top right is not showing up. Please refer to the attached screenshots for reference.
Help to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.

Answering my own question, we discovered that adjusting the scoping of the project by going into :
Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects -> Edit Project Scope -> Questions and alter the selection questions under the Services tab.
This has enabled the CTI telephony widget to be visible inside C4C
