CTI Connector - Use Business Agreement in CAD to Identify Customer

Hello All,

We are in CRM 7.0(lean). We are able to identify business partner using incoming phone number as parameter. But since we are a utility, most of our customers use business agreement(contract account) in IVR.

I did refer to note 707104. But steps outlined in note requires partner number as call parameter. Question is how can I use business agreement number in call attached data(CAD) to find partner. Is there a BAdi that I utilize?
