CTI: Avaya and C4C integartion using Widget Scenario

Hello Experts!

I went through the Sap Documenattion for CTI integration but still dont have a good comprehension of what are the exact steps that i should follow and what are the exact prerequisites to get.

I am asking if anyone who went through this experience before can be help me out with this .

Sarah, I replied to your message on LinkedIn as well, but to share with the community as well.

I don't believe Avaya has their own offering, but I'm checking with them to confirm. We have many customers on Avaya / C4C as one of our integrations is between Avaya and SAP C4C.

Hi sarah_seingh - For integration of C4C with Avaya, you need a Widget that supports the necessary API's. Are you looking to develop your own widget or acquire one from a partner?

We have a Widget that's been certified by Avaya and SAP, and I'm happy to direct you to more information on that if you'd like.
