Dear experts,
can someone summarize what the differences are between the following default CS users in hybris 6.*:
CustomerSupportAgent
CustomerSupportManager
CustomerSupportAdministrator
If possible please indicate what access rights they have and what they can do in comparison to one another. Links to help.hybris.com are also appreciated.

Please read the documentation and use the search function. This took me twenty seconds, rather than the one hour you have waited.
The users are part of different groups, so that the new intern cannot assign all the CS Tickets to himself, to make it look like he is a fantastic employee come annual review time.
