Crystal Reports 2008 and Laserfiche

Hello,

One of our users uses CR 2008 to import documents into Laserfiche. Originally, this was done by using a program called DSS IMPORT which imported the document in a certain fashion from CR 2008 to Laserfiche. The DSS IMPORT program has stopped working and we cannot identify the reason why. We also cannot find anything regarding this program online. DSS IMPORT v6.0 DK9.2 is the full name. Is there another method or solution to getting CR 2008 to import into Laserfiche? Please help.
