We use SAP to enter product orders; when there is need for a customized product, it is configured under a FAMILY SAP number, rather than an individual product SAP number. This can be rather vague & confusing, not to mention difficult search-ability. We can enter our custom part number into the configurator, but this is not a searchable field - my question is, how can we relate the SAP numbers to the custom part numbers and make them searchable? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
