CRM Visit with Outlook iClendar invitation.

Hello Experts,

Could you share your opinion if automatic iCalendar invitation can be sent automatically always when CRM Visit is created? Someone done this before? iCalendar invitation should be sent always when User (i.e. Sales Rep) creates activity - Visit (custom transaction type) as a follow up from Lead, Opportunity, PQ, Sales Order or Visit from the scratch. Receiver of the iCalendar invitation should be Contact person, sender Employee Responsible or Sales rep. All data are available on the Activity. Sender and receiver are available in Parties Involved section, time and date for iCalendar should be taken from Visit details Start Date/Time and End Date/Time. Present, we have CRM and Outlook calendars sync. All Visits are automatically sent to Sales Rep outlook calendar. I know that email can be triggered thru campaign automation flow but we want to send iCalendar invitation instead of email; with reminder.
