CRM UI - intermittent service not available issue

Hi experts,

I would like to ask if you know how to resolve the issue. The issue happens INTERMITTENLY while navigating all through out CRM UI.

We are using load balancer then 2 web dispatcher and CRM as backend.

Any idea?

Hi Philip, can you poste the URL address without your company domain?

I think it will refer to a service that you can check in tcode SICF.

Also, you can check if there's a dump or SLG1 entry right after you see this screen.

Here's the URL removing the hostname

/sap(bD1lbiZjPTEwMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm

There is no SLG1 entry as this is CRM or HTTPS request
