Is it possible that CRM On-Premise automatically creates an IDOC after changing contact permissions in the CRM UI Portal? I want to send the IDOC with permission data to an SAP CPI instance.
The following configuration steps were made in SAP CRM:
1.) Define "Logical System" and assign client -> TSCODE: SALE
2.) Check RFC Destination -> TSCODE: SM59
3.) Configure ports -> TSCODE: WE21
4.) Configure distribution model -> TSCODE: BD64
5.) Configure Partner Profile -> TSCODE: BD82 and WE20
6.) Activate distribution model -> TSCODE: BD64
7.) Site configuration – subscription ‘All Business Transactions’ -> TSCODE: SMOEAC
8.) Assign Site ID to Interface Type with BDoc Type 'BUS_TRANS_MSG' and Interface Name 'CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE' and Complete = checked - Transaction CRMXIF_C1
Furthermore, I made the implementations from the How-to Guide:
"Initial Load of Marketing Permissions from SAP Customer Relationship Management to SAP Marketing Cloud" (Document Version: 2.0 - 2019-12-18)"
My problem is after changing permissions in CRM no IDOCs are getting created -> WE02
Does anyone have a hint? Do I have to activate a service or a job?
