CRM Search Service Request App Custom field in Search Criteria

Hi All,

I have Successfully added a Custom field in the Service Request and the value is successfully persisted to the database.

Now I want to use this custom field while searching for the Service Request as well. have followed this Note and Configured the search Service Request Page as well but the new field is not showing up in the Search Service Request.

in the Configuration Mode there is this failure showing on the left side.
