we are currently using CRM IC for B2B scenario and now we are planning to add Consumer business well. for this i am planning to change the account identification profile to BPIDENT_MULTIPLE and maintain account, consumer, Ibase and Object tabs. whenever they are confirming consumer sometimes consumer wants different ship to address and for this planning to create new consumer account with different shipping address and confirm both before creating sales order. but in consumer confirmation i do not see related partner creation icon (create related business partner or contact person icon in yellow color). am i missing customizing or since it is consumer end customer by standard its not available?. can you please help me.
basically end customer (consumer) wants to maintain different ship to address how can i achieve that in B2C scenario . using TL placing sales orders in ecc.
