CRM Account Hierarchy Issue - sync from crm_knvh_temp to "but_hier_struct & crmm_but_buhi_1"

Hi All,

I have an issue in Account hierarchy sync from R3 system to CRM. The delta load from R3 to CRM is proper. The feed is being populated in crm_knvh_temp table as expected.

The problem starts after that. The tables "but_hier_struct and crmm_but_buhi_1" are not getting the correct values from the temp table.

I would like to know what is the process which is updating the tables from the crm_knvh_temp table? Is this an issue with standard functionality?

Is there any workaround for this issue? What other tables are involved while reading data from crm_knvh_temp table?

P.S: The hierarchy at both R3 and CRM end are custom
