CRM 7.0 Session time out (due to inactivity in the WebUI)

Hi ,

What is the parameter for Session time out due to inactivity in the WebUI ? What is the SAP (or common) value ? Balance between system performance ( you want to disconnect if inactive users ) and maybe keep connected the users who just went for a break . Call center versus Sales Reps user ? Any experience/feedback will be appreciated . Thank you

Too many questions in one tread :).

increase the time of parameter "rdisp/plugin_auto_logout".

Can you elobarate on other questions ?

Thank you Anup ,

2 kind of users in the WebUI . Sales pro, so for them we want the session time out to be low, so they are disconnected fast , and the IC person, they should be disconnected after a greater time is allowed .
