CRM 0CRM_OPPT_I / 0CRM_SALES_ ACT_I extraction

Hi experts i'm experiencing an issue regarding RSA3 with data sources 0CRM_OPPT_I and 0CRM_SALES_ ACT_I, when i try to extract it says that i have 0 records , i've already done a few things.
1) Authorizations: The user that i'm using has SAP_ALL profile also I'm able to extract from header sources (0CRM_OPPT_H and 0CRM_SALES_ ACT_1), with no problem at all.

2) Implementation of Notes 692195, 1907469
3) Changed the segments values from ORDERADM_H, and ORDERADM_I according to BUS data of tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I

None of all above has worked, anyone knows what is missing?, what can i check in transactional CRM, etc?

Hi Luis,

Let us firstly check if there is any document which should be extracted by those datasources. Please try the following

- set breakpoint at class CL_CRM_REPORT_ACC_DYNAMIC -> database_access

- simulate the extraction

- breakpoint should be reached then check the selections

- check if table crmd_order_index contains such documents
