Credit Memo Req is being processed

Hello,

please, can you help me how to cancel/close the Credit Momo Req?

Hi,

May I know how credit memo req 195000130 is cancelled ? In a similar way, you can close 175000126.

Anyway, please put "reason for rejection" and check the status.

Hi Kumar, Unfurtenatelly even if I set the "reason for rejection" the status is remains the same. I am not able to say how 195/130 was canceled, because its really long time when someone did it.

Do you have any other suggestion?

Hi,

Can you check the number code of "reason for rejection" in OVAG and share an screenshot?

Is it only happening with this document? What if you create a new Credit memo request and put same "reason for rejection" in that case, what status system shows? Have you tried that in Quality system?

Also, please share an screenshot of Item category.

Also, please check if running program SDVBUK00 helps you to change the status.

Hello Kumar,

thank you for leting me know about OVAG. I was investigating on internet and for me it looks that we had no condition in OVAG with flag "Billing complete".

When I checked on one test condition this check box then The request loooks like this:
