Creating visit sticks customer control

Hi SAP Community,

We have a problem about creating visit on account.

For example we have X and Y business roles.

Only user who has Y role can create or change visit.
Only user who has X role can create or change account.

Lets think to create visit on account.
When user who has Y role creates visit on account, customer.xbo onsave, after-modify works.
This user can not any change on account, only creating and changing visit.

User could not pass codes related account in customer.xbo and is getting error.
These controls are developed for X roles.

Why does a change on visit trigger to customer?
How can we pass controls i told you?
We want to make exception for Y roles to pass control of customer.xbo
