Hello community,
for the inbound integration of the CRM System to our SAP Marketing via SLT we customized the points that are needed to show the opportunities in the interactions tab of contacts and corporate accounts. Nevertheless, after running the report "CUAN_IA_EXTR_FROM_CRM" we only see the e.g. opportunities in the interactions tab of a customer and a corporate account, but we cannot use them in segmentation and they are not imported in the interaction root table (CUAND_CE_IA_RT).
I only could find an old question from over two years ago.
Is there still no default import into the interaction root table or similar? If there isn’t any standard import, what exactly does the report “CUAN_IA_EXTR_FROM_CRM”?
In addition, what is important for roles that users can see the opportunities in the interaction tab? The answer in the old question (that i have already mentioned above) says that SAP Marketing uses standard views to show the opportunities, but I did not find any view that shows the information of the business transactions and anything like information about the marketing area.

yes appropriate interactions are in table CUAND_CE_IA_RT.
