Creating business partners with multiple roles in C4C

Hello,

Can someone help me to create a business partner with multiple roles in c4c?

There are some documents mentioned that in new release its possible to do that but ı can't find a step by step solution guide.

I'd be grateful if you could help me with this.

Hie Nese,

you're right. It is possible since 1911 release.
First you have to enable this function in business configuration:

This will enable Create from Business Partner action when creating new account, competitor etc.:

Hello aarathi_0706,

You can create BP with multiple different type of roles but not same type. In your case, two roles that were being sent are of type Customer whether standard or custom.
