Creating Account based lead in C4C sales from SAP Marketing

Hello Team,

We're trying to create account based lead in C4C from SAP Marketing from Forms like this -

But in case of Prospect or Business Partner or Consumer as Contact Type in Forms, we are always getting Individual Customer type of lead in C4C -

We've used every type of Contact type as mentioned above in Marketing Forms -

Also we tried using 'Account' mapping object, but account elements are always greyed out -

Can you help us with 2 things -

1. How to create account based lead in SAP C4C from Marketing

2. Why elements with Account mapping object are greyed out?

Hi Pushpak,

1. did you provide the "Company Name" attribute in the Form?

Usually by filling out that one and a Contact Name, a B2B Lead should get created.

In 2008 it was also necessary to provide the Postal code, but as far as I know it should also work without.

2. It is not possible to create an Account in MC using Forms. Account fields are read-only and and the values are displayed if the form is prefilled (if a contact comes to the form via an email sent to him before.

I am able to create a B2B lead with Company name, no postal code required.
