Creating a target group from BI mashup reports in SAP Hybris C4C

Hi All,

We have displayed BW report as a mashup. Can I create target group from this mashup?

I know we can create target groups out of standard reports in SAP Hybris C4C.

Hi Gauri,

As long as Report data having Fields, Account ID or Contact ID from C4C on the Report.

we can Export report to Excel, slice and dice account contact data and Import target group members assignment from external source using excel add-in (under Actions New from Microsoft Excel or web services. A2A services area also available to import segmented target groups into the cloud solution.
