Create Workflow to Refresh Phone call

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to create a workflow for phone call business object in order to execute the survey that exists in activity planner, but I didn't find this action in the list, so is it possible to add an action for this list?

However, I created the same workflow for visit refresh, and it works well.

In reference to the current system behavior the Action , Refresh Visit is only available for some Business Objects as of now.

The product team for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer wants your input on how to make the product better. Search for your idea first and if it's not there submit a new idea. You can track your ideas using idea statuses which shows you where your idea is. Check out “How Does It Work’ using the below reference.
