Hello,
I enabled ticket creation from incoming email in our demo tenant, created inbound and outbound email channel, map email on mail server i mapped the email address to the generic address of C4C. the gmail is asking for a verification code .Does any one have an idea where i can find the verification code.

The verification code should be sent to C4C - and seen in either Web Service Message Monitor or Unassociated E-Mails.
