Create ticket from incoming email

Hello,

I enabled ticket creation from incoming email in our demo tenant, created inbound and outbound email channel define the template of the email, map email on mail server i mapped the email address to the generic address of C4C. the ticket is created but the customer does not receive any email.

Any help?
