Hello,
We have an activity plan and routing rules in places, so that the survey is assigned automatically to the visit. However we would like that based on a certain answer in the survery an activity should be created or at least an email should be sent.
Example:
A question in the survery is: Do some products need to be reordnered?
If the answer is yes, then an activity should be created so that the sales team can contact the customer so that he can reorder these products.
Is there a way to implement that?
Request clarification before answering.
For Product Category survey, with the current system behavior, based on the response to a question , system can create a follow up sales order / sales quote ,
Creation of Activity are still not included in the scope of system
