Create Segment - By Reducing Randomly

Hi,

I am currently trying to segment using Reducing Randomly but the only available reference object is email. How can we add a mobile number here as well? Is this possible?

If yes, how can we extend it?

Hi Marc,

You can see only Email as your system has only Email as Secondary Distinction Entity , you can add your mobile number to the Secondary Distinction Entity and then you should see this attribute as well in your list.

You can find this in Segmentation Object Configuration.

I already checked those help guides as well but there were no instructions on updating the drop-down field. It only gives samples on its uses. Same with Define Secondary Distinction Entities | SAP Help Portal guide.
