Create related entity for relation 'MKT_CND_RECORD_REL' and entity COND_RECORD_MAX_WS_CRM fails

Hi ,

Trying to create condition records for campaigns.

The approach followed is like below mentioned.

Create Root object 'Campaign'

Create related entity 'CPGConditionRel' (CPGCondition)

Create related entity CPGConditionMaintRel ( MKTCondition )

Create related entity MKT_CND_MAINT_CONTEXT_REL ( COND_MAINT_CONTEXT )

Create related entity MKT_CND_RECORD_REL ( COND_RECORD_MAX_WS_CRM )

The create related entity to MKT_CND_RECORD_REL ( COND_RECORD_MAX_WS_CRM ) is failing.

We see that the entity is failing to get locked here.
