Hello Dear Experts,
I need to automatically create Appointment and Phone Call For Opportunities.
I reach this in case of tasks from workflow rules, is it possible to do same for Phone Calls and Appointments ?

Hi Sandro,
Using a Activity Plan, with a routing rule. And then by configuring a workflow to specify the conditions of the opportunity, using the action "Refresh from Activity plan" you should be able to cover your requirement.
