Could any one provide the documentation link that has all the steps to create customized new B2C site?

I looked at help and not able to find that has all the steps to create site..

As far as I am aware, there is not a standard set of steps provided for this, as typically this varies dependent upon the requirements. For example, what is the source of product data etc. As a first step, it is good practice to determine the catalog structures required (both content and product) and build from there.
