Create media for WhatsApp in SAP MKT

Hello Experts

I am trying to create a communication channel to be able to use it in campaigns and integration with WhatsApp

But a question arises: What kind of medium should I use and what kind of interactions.

In the comments of the guide it indicates that I must associate a Source ID, but I do not see that option in this step of the communication medium, nor if I enter the contact Source IDs.

Hi eliocentenob,

Long time, hope you're doing well.

You need to define the Media Type (e.g. Social) and Interaction Type (e.g. WhatsApp) first in the Manage My solution > Configuration my solution.

Once created, you can assign those objects.
